Student services and support
Services for students
Your needs are our top priority. We have everything in place to look after your interests while you’re living away from home. Starting from the application process, we provide support and guidance every step of the way. You’ll find the academic support you need through our online and offline study materials and supportive tutorial groups. To make sure you feel healthy and happy, we provide supportive counselling and healthcare services.
You’ll have access to this industry-leading, online learning system used by our students and teachers. It lets you share activities, materials and information to enhance your studies.
Find out about the curriculum and assessments. Our study guides also include more course materials and practice examination papers to help you succeed.
Do you have questions about the content of your course? Group sessions led by a teacher and one-to-one meetings give you the chance to get extra help with your studies.
Is something on your mind? Talk to someone. Our counsellors are here to help when you need someone to listen. It could be about anything, from study and career concerns to health and personal issues.
Support if you’re under 18
Younger students get extra support from our Student Advisers. If you also have a Caregiver, they’ll be in regular contact with the College and your parents, to make sure you’re happy and doing well. For extra security, it’s College policy to check all accommodation for students under 18. Please note: all students under the age of 18 MUST live in approved accommodation and book an approved airport transfer service.

"For us international students, it's really hard to speak in a different language. At Taylors College, I didn't understand anything at all in my first few classes because I never practised listening and speaking before. Then our teachers were very supportive and they always tried their best to make us understand. From that, I felt a bit more confident to talk with my teachers and to ask for help."
