Student services and support

We’re here to help

Your needs are our top priority.

At Taylors College Sydney, we look after you from day one whilst you’re living away from home. From as early as the application process, we offer tailored support every step of the way.

We offer all students a range of online and offline study materials, designed to support and help you with any questions you might have. As well as this, you will have access to additional help through your tutorial group, where you can get support from both your fellow students and tutor.

Counselling and support services are available to all our students.

Your studies

Axis

Benefit from access to Axis, an industry-leading online learning platform used by our students and teachers. Share activities, lesson materials and more to bring out the best of your studies.

Our learning platform provides students with access to relevant readings and interactive resources. We give you everything you need to achieve your best.

Tutorial

We understand you will have a lot of questions during your studies, which is why all students are placed into small tutorial groups. These are group sessions led by a teacher, designed to give you the chance to ask any questions you might have, and give advice on how to make the most of your time at Taylors College Sydney.

Students can consult with teachers one on one for additional feedback.

Your wellbeing

Personal counselling

Studying away from home is an exciting time, but it can also be a daunting one. Our counselling service is here to help when you need someone to listen.

From health concerns to questions about your studies: whatever your problem, we’re here to help.

Support if you are under 18

Younger students get extra support from our dedicated Under 18 Coordinator. If you also have a Caregiver, they’ll be in regular contact with the College and your parents to make sure you’re happy and doing well. For extra security, it’s College policy to check all accommodation for students under 18.

Please note: all students under the age of 18 MUST live in approved accommodation and book an approved airport transfer service.
