Future Leaders Award

Taylors College Sydney is offering eligible students a 20% contribution towards their Foundation studies tuition fees.

Recipients of the Future Leaders Award will receive a contribution of 20 percent of their tuition fee for the duration of their Taylors College Sydney course. The Award will be automatically applied to eligible students and will be reflected in your letter of offer.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Future Leaders Award, there are a number of requirements you need to meet. These include:

  • Be an international student
  • Hold citizenship of one of the eligible countries and regions: Bangladesh, Cambodia ,India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam Or any of the countries listed in the regions below:  Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, South and Central America (including Mexico and the Caribbean)
  • Meet the academic criteria for entry to your foundation program

How to Apply

To be successful, you need to meet the entry criteria for the University of Sydney Preparation program. The Taylors College Sydney Award will be automatically applied to eligible students and will be reflected in the Taylors College letter of offer.

University of Sydney - Sydney International Student Award

The University of Sydney offers eligible students a 20% contribution towards the tuition fess of their undergraduate studies with the Sydney International Student Award. 

The Sydney International Student Award is a separate award determined by the University of Sydney. The award celebrates the university’s diverse and talented community of international students. Recipients will be awarded a University contribution of 20 percent of their tuition fee for the duration of their course. Other Taylors College Scholarships

Taylors College Sydney offers other scholarships for the first year a student is enrolled at the University of Sydney.

The available scholarships include:

  • The Sue Harlen Scholarship valued at AUD $16,000 - The Sue Harlen Scholarship is in memory of Sue Harlen who was the establishing academic of the University of Sydney Foundation Program.
  • Three (3) Merit Scholarships valued at AUD $8,000 each.

These scholarships are given as a credit against fees at the University of Sydney in your second semester of study (paid after the census date).

Students can email progression@taylorscollege.edu.au for additional information about these scholarships after they commence their program at Taylors College. Students are also reminded to check emails and Study Smart for scholarship information updates. Students who are granted a scholarship must complete their undergraduate degree with the University of Sydney.
